Production Training Coordinator (PM Shift)

Purpose:
- Train plant employees on job skills and cGMP standards; ensure appropriate training documentation exists.
- Ensure plant employees comply with plant procedures, cGMP, and safety requirements.

Evening shift options:
- 2nd Shift – Nights (Sun–Tues E/O Wed)
- 4th Shift – Nights (Thurs–Sat E/O Wed)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain currency and adequacy of training records; review/update training records and basic operating procedures for GMP compliance; maintain records and run reports in the training tracking system.
- Train personnel on equipment operating procedures, documentation practices, and GMP.
- Facilitate training (onboarding, system access, and safety requirements).
- Ensure employees are current on required training and that training is properly documented in conformance with cGMP.
- Maintain/support qualified area trainers.
- Assist area management with training documentation (materials, qualifications/assessments, modules, curriculums, area records).
- Troubleshoot the training system and recommend improvements.
- Assess and communicate training needs/status across all levels.
- Work on assigned projects; implement/maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years in a training role; manufacturing setting/FDA experience desirable.
- Verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
