Production Technician, Weekend Nights

Responsibilities:
- Execute activities for manufacturing RLT isotope products, including operating and maintaining grade C isolators; meet KPI goals and adhere to state, federal, and radiation safety guidelines.
- Complete required training on time, including SOPs/techniques, gowning qualifications, and HSE training for the role.
- Support production readiness: manually clean the cell and sterilize isolators.
- Conduct routine and dynamic environmental monitoring as required.
- Prepare materials while maintaining material identity per the batch monitoring system/procedure.
- Participate in assigned qualification/validation activities.
- Promote a βspeaking upβ culture and ensure cGMP compliance.
- Prepare required documents/records (batch records, shipping documents, training materials).
- Participate in periodic mandatory overtime to ensure process continuity and completion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Training in radiochemistry or radio pharmacy (preferred).
- 2+ yearsβ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (low bioburden manufacturing preferred).
- Understanding of manufacturing and validation requirements/activities.
- Ability to adopt new technology/techniques to reduce non-value-added work and improve productivity/performance.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to isotope manufacturing.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Flexibility to don clean room garments and PPE.
- Near vision equivalent to 20/20 without color vision impairment (corrective lenses permitted).
- No makeup/jewelry/nail polish/perfume/cologne or other potential microbial sources in restricted areas.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds.
