Job Description
- Execute manufacturing processes in formulation, encapsulation, primary and secondary packaging with supervision.
- Set up equipment for routine processes; resolve equipment performance issues timely and efficiently while following GMP to meet/exceed target OEE.
- Run assigned jobs and maintain operating conditions within the desired range.
- Communicate operational events/issues; identify and implement opportunities for improvement (physical operations and written documents).
Responsibilities
- Follow Team Member responsibilities and GMP policies; comply with quality and safety standards.
- Work on the line to meet scheduling priorities/daily assignments; operate multiple unit operations; monitor process and communicate issues.
- Set up, run, blow, clean, and clear equipment per BOP/master batch record.
- Perform minor troubleshooting/repairs; complete in-process quality checks.
- Train colleagues on equipment/process (when qualified trainer).
- Follow Environmental Health & Safety procedures; complete batch records per ALCOA and GMP; maintain an audit-ready production area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certificate/degree preferred; 2–3 years general manufacturing experience preferred, including cGMP manufacturing.
- Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot and communicate with operations engineering/mechanical teams.
- Basic computer skills.
- Understanding of quality/compliance, HMI controls, vision inspection systems, and product serialization.
- Ability to train fellow technicians preferred.
- Experience with POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO.
- Standing 8–12 hours/day; lifting up to 25 pounds.
