Production Technician IV (Aesthetics Med Device) (Bothell WA)

Role: Senior Production Technician responsible for advanced troubleshooting and failure analysis of electromechanical and RF/LASER medical devices. Objectives: identify root causes of non-routine production failures, improve product reliability, and support manufacturing and quality teams. Responsibilities: perform board/component-level diagnostics, conduct root-cause failure analyses, evaluate defective material for disposition, identify failure trends, mentor junior technicians, and support new product introduction activities. Qualifications: HS diploma with minimum five years of hands-on experience diagnosing analog/digital electronics; proficiency interpreting schematics, test procedures, and engineering documentation; experience supporting failure disposition and nonconforming material review; strong communication skills. Preferred: experience in regulated environments such as medical device manufacturing; demonstrated leadership in mentoring.
