Production Technician - CAC

Role: Production Technician in the CAC manufacturing unit, responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment to produce quality biopharma intermediates or products in a safe, compliant manner. Responsibilities: operate processing equipment, follow SOPs, conduct routine sampling, decontaminate equipment, and manage waste in accordance with regulations; support production changeovers and equipment maintenance coordination; ensure safety protocols and proper documentation. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; basic IT skills; ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 60 lbs; willing to work rotating shifts and overtime. Preferred: manufacturing, agriculture, military experience, or troubleshooting skills; strong safety mindset, teamwork, communication, and ability to operate manual tools, forklifts, and safety equipment. High-Value: manufacturing/production in biopharma, process control, safety compliance, waste management, and equipment operation. Location: Iowa, USA; on-site with shift work and potential overtime.
