Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, care for, and perform routine maintenance on production fermentation processing equipment
- Assemble and disassemble valves and manufacturing equipment
- Clean and sanitize work room and equipment between production runs
- Accurately weigh raw materials for production
- Participate in inventory counts
- Perform daily duties safely in a fast-paced, team environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment (general cleaning duties)
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP practices

Qualifications / Education & Experience:
- High school diploma and/or 1β3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
- Willingness to be trained

- Push/pull, lift/carry 21β50 lbs; squat/kneel constantly; stand >3 hours
- PPE required; safety-sensitive role
