Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure processes comply with FDA regulations.
- Complete assigned training modules.
- Identify and prevent deviations; assist with investigation and root cause analysis.
- Assist with deviation investigations, CAPA, Change Control Requests (CCR), and other assigned projects.
- Complete quality documents (Batch Production Records and logbooks) accurately, on time, and in real-time.
- Prepare areas for the next shift to maintain smooth operations.
- Use materials efficiently to reduce waste.
- Share improvement ideas, issues, and concerns with solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues.
- Model and uphold HSE standards and comply with safety procedures.
- Report safety concerns, near misses, equipment issues, and environmental incidents promptly.
- Participate in safety meetings, walkthroughs, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; perform required checks/inspections.
- Support continuous improvement through corrective/preventive action input.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 0–6 months of experience.
- Good mechanical and computer skills; detail-oriented.
- Basic mechanical aptitude; comprehension/retention skills; troubleshooting; manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in at least one area of operation or product line.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6-month experience in a cGMP environment or pharmaceutical experience.

Special Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand ~8 hours/shift.
- Ability to gown and enter manufacturing areas.
- Twelve-hour rotating shift; every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
- May be required to flex to another platform/department/building and work off-shift hours based on business need.
- May include aseptic processing area work.
- (Fine print) Influenza-vaccine required for certain influenza roles; aseptic gowning qualification required for certain aseptic roles.
