Production Supervisor - Carpujects

What You Will Achieve:
- Lead people, technology, and financial resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Share knowledge and encourage continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify and develop innovative concepts for process/product improvements; take calculated risks.
- Recognize and address development needs; support colleagues’ growth.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch records, cGMPs, and plant protocols.
- Lead investigations into equipment failures; implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED (Minimum Requirements):
- Degree/experience: Bachelor’s + 2 years; OR Master’s + 0+; OR Associate’s + 6 years; OR High School + 8 years relevant experience.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated application of process improvement tools.
- Strong people management experience.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/ongoing work activities.

- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Regulatory compliance and quality assurance experience.
