Description Overview
- Support and advocate for front-line team members.
- Build strong relationships and knowledge of Perrigo policies, procedures, and resources to provide high-quality support across the organization.
- Coach and develop team members to increase trust, engagement, and retention.

Scope of the Role
- Oversee 20β40 employees across multiple production lines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment.
- Assign tasks and adjust workloads to meet production goals.
- Schedule and monitor training; assess employee progress.
- Monitor production quality and solve problems with employees using leadership skills.
- Share specialized knowledge with management to develop/implement ongoing processes or special projects; recommend process changes to eliminate repetitive problems.
- Participate in capacity or budget planning; gather, evaluate, and make/present recommendations.
- May test/evaluate materials or process changes; supervise maintenance or installation projects; work with engineering to select/evaluate new equipment.
Experience Required / Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree preferred; otherwise minimum 4 years of supervision experience.
- Demonstrated strong leadership with communication, performance management, and problem-solving.
- Ability to provide work direction across multiple production areas.
- FDA-regulated industry experience preferred.
- Experience with production work systems, change management, and continuous improvement preferred.
- Sound judgment and decision-making.
