Responsibilities:
- Follow Environmental, Health & Safety procedures; promote a proactive safety culture.
- Perform housekeeping cleans; complete line clearances for lot/list changes; blow down finishing line/equipment (1–2 value streams).
- Assist with setup of automated equipment in primary/secondary packaging (1–2 value streams).
- Service and operate automated and semi-automated equipment to produce finished product with minimal supervision.
- Execute quality-impacting tasks during production (challenges, parameters, pulling samples, in-process checks, bulk/commodity accountability).
- Sustain 6S of parts and tooling across the production floor.
- Escalate safety, quality, technical, and operating issues timely to appropriate groups.
- Communicate and drive improvement opportunities via cross-functional teams; work with production schedule and line priorities.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make minor adjustments to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical experience/troubleshooting aptitude preferred; technical certificate or degree preferred.
- Strong quality focus and compliance with site policies/procedures.
- Ability to communicate issues to engineering/mechanical teams.
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn new programs.
- POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO preferred.
- cGMP knowledge preferred.
- Stand 8–12 hours/day; lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work 40–48 hours/week; may work up to 60 hours depending on demand.
