Role: Production Specialist III in Cell Therapy manufacturing at Bayer, focusing on clinical-scale cell therapy drug substance production within the CT-MOD platform. Responsibilities: perform manufacturing operations across solution prep, cell expansion, culture, and fill/finish; support new product introductions; ensure process control and troubleshooting using data trending; author and review controlled documentation; support deviation investigations, equipment qualification, and safety audits; develop and deliver team training; collaborate with Biological Development and MSAT for process alignment.
