Role: Production Specialist III in Cell Therapy Manufacturing, focusing on clinical-grade cell therapy drug substance production within the CT-MOD platform. Responsibilities include executing manufacturing across solution prep, cell expansion, culture, and final fill; supporting new product introductions; managing documentation, process control, deviations, and validation activities; and contributing to cross-functional operational readiness and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or related field; 4-6 years of cGMP biologics or cell therapy manufacturing experience with hands-on expertise in solution prep, cell culture, and aseptic fill; proficiency with single-use technology, process monitoring, and documentation review. Preferred qualifications encompass a Master's degree, 6+ years of relevant experience including late-stage and launch product manufacturing, and familiarity with regulatory audits, automation, statistical tools, and CQV for cell therapy platforms. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on autologous/allogeneic cell therapies, early to late clinical phases, GMP compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Biological Development and MSAT.
