Production Scheduler, Liquid Phase Operations

Role: The Production Scheduler manages manufacturing schedules to optimize resources, align with demand, and ensure reliable production within a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities include developing detailed production plans, sequencing manufacturing orders for efficiency, monitoring and adjusting schedules in response to capacity constraints, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Supply Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations. The role supports product transfers, new introductions, and capacity expansions, while tracking schedule adherence, resolving recurring issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; 3-7 years of manufacturing planning or production control experience, preferably in life sciences or regulated manufacturing; strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with ERP/MRP systems. Preferred: Experience supporting diagnostics, analytical instrumentation, reagents, or similar regulated manufacturing operations; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. Work setup: Full-time, day shift, with occasional travel.
