Production Planner

Role: Production Planner supporting Agilent's manufacturing operations through supply chain and production planning. Responsibilities: develop end-to-end production plans, coordinate materials, labor, and test capacity; ensure finished goods availability; collaborate across functions including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Logistics, and external partners; utilize ERP/MRP systems; support NPI, product transfers, and inventory management; monitor inventory levels and lead operational improvement projects. Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related; experience in planning, materials management, or manufacturing; proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with NPI, global supply chain, and APICS CPIM certification.
