Production Operator

Role: Coating Operator responsible for operating and maintaining coating equipment for medical device manufacturing, ensuring process accuracy and product quality. Responsibilities include setup, operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of coating reactors and support systems, as well as documentation and process improvements. Qualifications: 5 years in manufacturing, preferably in GMP chemical processing or vacuum coating (pyrolytic carbon coating preferred), or 2 years college coursework in chemistry, math, or electronics; proficiency with MS Office, ability to interpret instructions, and strong communication skills. HighValue: experience in GMP environment, vacuum or chemical coating processes, working with coating reactors, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds; focus on medical device manufacturing.
