Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Role: Production Operator supporting daily manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment, focusing on materials handling, assembly, testing, repair, and quality inspection. Responsibilities: operate machinery, assemble and verify products, conduct routine testing, maintain accurate documentation, and follow established procedures while seeking process improvements. Collaborate with team members and vendors, and assist with training. Qualifications: 1–3 years in manufacturing, quality, or materials handling; knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment; attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and work in teams; basic computer skills, ERP experience preferred. High-Value: manufacturing in biotech or pharma setting, hands-on production, quality inspection, equipment operation, and process documentation. Work setup: full-time, swing shift, on-site; no travel required.
