Production Operator

Role: Coating Operator responsible for operating and maintaining coating equipment for medical device manufacturing. Objectives include ensuring coating process quality, maintaining accurate records, and supporting process development. Responsibilities involve setup and breakdown of coating reactors, operating computerized control systems, monitoring processes, performing maintenance, and assisting in process improvements. Qualifications: minimum 5 years in GMP manufacturing, preferably in chemical processing or vacuum coating (pyrolytic carbon coating preferred), or 2 years college coursework in chemistry, math, or electronics; proficient in MS Office; ability to interpret instructions and lift up to 100 pounds. Preferred: GMP experience in medical device or coating operations. High-Value: medical device manufacturing, pyrolytic carbon coating, GMP compliance, equipment maintenance, process development, and teamwork. Work setup likely on-site with physical demands; overtime may be required.
