Production Lead

Role: Production Lead responsible for overseeing daily GMP operations in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing at RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary focused on oncology radiotherapies. Responsibilities: lead production staff, ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and radiation standards, review and revise technical documents, support validation and process improvement activities, and manage inventory and vendor coordination. Requirements: 4-6 years GMP experience, preferably in aseptic radiochemistry or radiopharmaceuticals; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in STEM preferred. High-Value: GMP, aseptic processing, radiochemistry, radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, compliance with safety standards, and validation support. WorkSetup: onsite in Indianapolis, with physical requirements including working in a GMP cleanroom and handling radioactive material.
