Production Lead

Role: Production Lead supporting GMP manufacturing of radiopharmaceuticals at RayzeBio, a BMS subsidiary focused on oncology therapies. Responsibilities: oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with site safety, review and revise technical documents, support validation and process improvements, and assist with training and vendor coordination. Qualifications: 4-6 years of GMP experience, preferably with aseptic and radiochemistry expertise; Associate's or Bachelor's in STEM preferred. High-Value: radiopharmaceuticals, GMP manufacturing, radiochemistry, aseptic environment, validation activities, and safety compliance. Work setup: primarily on-site in Indianapolis, with physical requirements including working in cleanroom conditions with radioactive materials; relocation or travel considerations may apply.
