Production Lead

Role: Production Lead overseeing daily operations in GMP radiopharmaceutical manufacturing at RayzeBio, supporting validation, process improvements, and team management. Responsibilities: supervise production operators, maintain safety and compliance, review and revise technical documents, execute GMP manufacturing activities, support validation efforts, and assist with inventory and vendor coordination. Requirements: 4–6 years GMP experience, preferably in aseptic ISO 7/Class C environments; associate’s or bachelor’s in a STEM field preferred. Skills: strong cGMP and aseptic practices knowledge, familiarity with radiochemistry or radiopharmaceuticals, and excellent organizational and communication skills. High-Value: radiopharmaceutical production, GMP environment, radiation safety, validation, and process improvement; based in Indianapolis with occasional travel; working in a GMP cleanroom setting.
