Production Lead

Role: Production Lead overseeing manufacturing operations at Ruveon’s Soda Springs plant, focusing on high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant production of glyphosate-based products. Responsibilities: manage plant processes including rotary kiln operations for phosphate ore beneficiation and heavy equipment operations; optimize processes, ensure safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory adherence; develop and implement process improvements; monitor performance metrics; lead personnel training, hiring, and development; collaborate with engineering for facility maintenance and upgrades; manage costs and sustainability initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; minimum 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience; strong technical knowledge of process technology, control systems, and unit operations. Preferred: experience with environmental regulation compliance, OSHA safety standards, plant design, start-up, and project management; leadership skills to drive change and influence teams; excellent communication skills.
