Role: Head of Isotope Manufacturing overseeing radioligand therapy production in Indianapolis. Objectives: establish and lead a state-of-the-art isotope manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and reliable patient supply. Responsibilities: lead operations and support teams, develop high-performing staff, drive continuous process improvements, manage documentation and investigations, support validation and tech transfers, and oversee budgets. Requirements: BS in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related; 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with leadership experience; familiarity with GxP, EHS, radiation safety, and regulatory audits. Preferred: radiochemistry or radiopharmacy training, radiation safety education. High-Value: biologics or radioligand therapy manufacturing, low bioburden processes, supporting regulatory inspections, cGMP compliance, cross-functional partnerships. Worksetup: on-site in Indianapolis with no travel specified.
