Role: Production Associate I supporting the manufacturing, repair, and testing of Ultrasound systems at GE HealthCare. Responsibilities: perform inspection, disassembly, repairs, upgrades, system testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and inventory management; collaborate with engineering and team members to improve quality and processes; ensure compliance with quality systems and safety policies. Requirements: high school diploma; minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, repair, or troubleshooting; strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and technical skills; effective communication and teamwork; attention to detail and reliability. Preferred: associate degree or higher in engineering, electronics, or related fields; experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industries; familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement practices. High-Value: medical device manufacturing, repair and testing of Ultrasound systems, quality-focused environment, regulated industry experience, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and inventory control. Work setup: on-site in Noblesville, with no relocation assistance; no travel specified.
