Production Associate I

Role: Manufacturing Associate responsible for assembling, packaging, cleaning, and shipping medical products within a team-based environment. Objectives include maintaining daily production output, adhering to quality and safety standards, and supporting process improvements. Responsibilities encompass performing entry to mid-level manufacturing tasks, operating hand tools and machinery, following work instructions, and participating in quality inspections. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6+ months of manufacturing experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs., communicate effectively, and work in a regulated environment. Preferred: 2+ years of related manufacturing experience, familiarity with medical manufacturing or regulated industries, and basic computer skills.
