Production Associate I - 1st Shift (M-F 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM)

Role: Manufacturing/production associate responsible for assembly, packaging, and shipping of medical products in a regulated environment. Responsibilities: perform entry to mid-level manufacturing tasks following procedures, operate tools and equipment, maintain quality standards, participate in quality inspections, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, 6+ months manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and maneuver equipment. Preferred: 2+ years manufacturing experience, medical manufacturing background, and proficiency in English and computer navigation.
