Production Associate 3 (1st Shift , M-F 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Role: Manufacturing Assembler specializing in electronic and electromechanical components for medical devices. Primary objectives include assembling complex units, performing quality checks, and adhering to strict GMP and FDA regulations. Responsibilities encompass building units per approved procedures, handling delicate miniature parts under microscopes, troubleshooting, reworking, and documenting processes. Collaboration with engineers and technicians to improve manufacturing processes is essential. Requirements: High School diploma or GED, 3-4 years related experience, manual dexterity, strong communication skills, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and proficiency with hand tools and measurement instruments. Preferred skills include experience with mechanical/electrical equipment, engineering processes, and lean manufacturing environments. High-value biopharma specifics: working with electronic components for medical devices, adherence to GxP standards, quality control, and documentation in a regulated manufacturing setting.
