Operations
Role: Support logistics and inventory management within Noblesville Ultrasound Depot, ensuring efficient handling, inspection, and distribution of medical ultrasound equipment and accessories. Responsibilities: receive, inspect, and track inbound materials; maintain accurate records in eDHR; perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material movements; support order fulfillment through picking, staging, and shipping compliant with DOT and IATA regulations; support depot operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; at least 2 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution, with familiarity in inventory management, material handling, and shipping processes; basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook); experience in regulated environments or with electronic Device History Records is preferred. High-Value: medical device logistics, inventory accuracy, ultrasound equipment, international shipping compliance, regulated manufacturing environment.
