Collaborates with engineers and technicians to optimize processes and suggest improvements. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, at least 2 years related experience, manual dexterity, ability to read and follow complex instructions, and proficiency with measurement tools and basic computer skills. Preferred: experience with IPC/JSTD standards, electrical/mechanical equipment maintenance, and lean manufacturing environments. High-Value: medical device manufacturing, electronic assembly, micro-component handling, GMP/FDA compliance, microscope work, quality-focused process execution.
