Production Associate 2 (1st Shift M-F / 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Role: Manufacturing assembler for medical devices, focusing on electronic and electromechanical component assembly. Responsibilities include assembling units per approved procedures, performing quality checks, reworking and troubleshooting units, and ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, and FDA regulations. Tasks involve handling miniature parts under microscopes, using specialized tools, interpreting engineering drawings, and maintaining detailed documentation. Collaborates with engineers and technicians to optimize processes and suggest improvements. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, at least 2 years related experience, manual dexterity, ability to read and follow complex instructions, and proficiency with measurement tools and basic computer skills. Preferred: experience with IPC/JSTD standards, electrical/mechanical equipment maintenance, and lean manufacturing environments.
