Production Associate 1 - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Role: Manufacturing production associate supporting assembly, cleaning, packaging, and manufacturing processes in a team line environment. Responsibilities: follow safety standards, work instructions, and quality protocols; ensure timely production; maintain a tidy work area; participate in continuous improvement activities, including 5S and Kaizen; accurately record work times and communicate task completion. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; manual dexterity; ability to stand or sit for extended periods and work with microscopes; strong communication skills; highly organized and self-managed; flexibility for overtime.
