Role: Production Associate supporting manufacturing of diagnostic ultrasound transducers in a regulated, high-mix, low-volume environment. Responsibilities: perform assembly, wiring, soldering, bonding, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, rework, and documentation of precision electromechanical products; operate manufacturing equipment; maintain safety and quality standards; support cross-training across production areas. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; manual dexterity; ability to follow instructions; basic computer skills; attention to detail; ability to stand/sit for extended periods and work with microscopes; flexibility for overtime. Preferred: experience with Microsoft Office; strong hand-eye coordination; organized, self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting. High-Value: manufacturing of medical ultrasound transducers, regulated environment, emphasis on precision assembly, quality assurance, and lifecycle support. Work setup: on-site at State College; potential exposure to manufacturing hazards; no relocation assistance; no visa sponsorship; COVID-19 vaccination not currently required but may be mandated by clients.
