Production Associate 1 - 1st Shift M-F (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM )

Role: Manufacturing technician responsible for assembling, aligning, and adjusting electronic and mechanical components in a medical device manufacturing environment. Objectives include performing routine assembly tasks, handling delicate parts, and ensuring compliance with documented processes. Responsibilities encompass reading blueprints, performing soldering, operating manual and automated assembly equipment, and working under microscopes for high precision tasks. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; ability to work independently in fast-paced settings; proficiency with hand tools and basic computer data entry; strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Preferred skills: experience with hand soldering and microscopy; organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs. High-Value: experience in electromechanical assembly, medical device manufacturing, and working in controlled environments.
