Main Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to identify capability gaps and field readiness needs.
- Design and deliver integrated learning strategies aligned to business priorities and readiness milestones.
- Lead development of training solutions across product/disease education, field execution, and strategic selling.
- Drive innovative learning approaches including digital, blended, and in-field application.
- Support new hire onboarding to accelerate time to productivity.
- Develop tools and resources for in-the-moment learning and field application.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using performance data, feedback, and business KPIs.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver modern learning experiences.
- Support capability-building initiatives, including the Certified Field Trainer program.
- Manage projects end-to-end, aligned to business timing and readiness goals.
- Engage with the field regularly to understand real-world execution needs.

Basic Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop others through teaching, coaching, or influencing.
- Cross-functional, matrixed environment experience (preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Field Training, or similar.
- Experience supporting customer-facing/field-based teams.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills (live and virtual).
- Familiarity with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience linking training initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
