Product Steward

Role: Product Steward responsible for maintaining product and process knowledge throughout the commercial lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing quality and performance. Responsibilities: monitor process performance via data analytics and process monitoring, lead investigations and corrective actions, uphold product-specific risk assessments, support process validation and continuous verification, collaborate on process improvements and technical transfers, and support regulatory readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or related; 5+ years in oral solid dosage manufacturing; strong GMP, regulatory, and process knowledge; experience in data trending, statistical analysis, and investigations. Preferred: MSc in related scientific fields, experience with product transfers and process optimization.
