Product Service Support Technician

Role: Support technician responsible for animal care and facility maintenance in a research setting, contributing to animal welfare and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: prepare and maintain products and supplies for animal care, operate and sterilize equipment, document procedures, maintain a clean and safe environment, and assist with animal euthanasia and shipping. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; ability to perform repetitive tasks, follow sterile procedures, adhere to detailed protocols, and maintain accurate records. Preferred: prior experience in animal facilities or laboratory support, strong organizational skills, and teamwork mentality. High-Value: involves working with research animals, maintaining sterile and compliant animal care environments, and supporting biopharma research operations. Work setup: temporary, up to 6 months, Monday–Friday, with salary commensurate with experience.
