Title: Product Owner, Tetrascience Data Platform
Location: Cambridge, MA
How will you contribute:
- Lead, coach, and develop the team responsible for the Tetrascience Data Platform; set priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate scientific priorities into a value-driven platform roadmap.
- Own TDP use case prioritization and decision-making across competing demands (user needs, compliance, scalability, long-term value).
- Connect Research, PharmSci, PDT, DD&T, and TetraScience partners to drive implementation, enhancements, and platform performance.
- Establish governance for demand intake, roadmap planning, release management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption for global users and platform-based applications.
- Manage vendor/partner relationships for high-quality, aligned delivery.
- Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify optimization and innovation opportunities.
What you bring to Takeda:
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs in life sciences, engineering, data, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Significant hands-on TetraScience Data Platform experience in pharma/biotech, including TDP integrations (ELNs, LIMS, other scientific systems).
- Experience leading large vendor partnerships.
- Expertise in Agile delivery, GxP System Validation, and SDLC.
- Proven success delivering complex, business-critical digital platforms (roadmap, prioritization, governance, stakeholder alignment).
- Strong understanding of scientific workflows and research data ecosystems.
- Ability to translate business/scientific requirements into platform capabilities and scalable processes.
- Strong executive communication/influence across scientific, technical, and vendor teams.
- Experience with platform adoption, change management, and global/cross-functional user engagement.
- Experience leading/developing teams.
- Preferred: familiarity with digital lab/data tools (LIMS, ELN, analytics, integration, visualization).
