Responsibilities:
- Own development and maintenance of category intelligence and an overarching competitive narrative for the injectable HA landscape
- Monitor and synthesize competitive activity (offerings, features, benefits, claims, launches, messaging) and deliver real-time insights to commercial stakeholders
- Serve as the source of truth for competitor positioning and category dynamics
- Establish clear, consistent differentiation across the Evolysse portfolio
- Develop and evolve competitive marketing assets (competitor matrices, competitive frameworks, objection-handling talk tracks, comparison tools, positioning guides)
- Translate head-to-head clinical/technical data into compelling, compliant marketing materials for HCP audiences
- Provide category-level guidance for key messaging, sales aids, and positioning tools; ensure alignment across commercial marketing channels
- Pressure-test product positioning to ensure differentiation is defensible, credible, and resonant in-market
- Partner with Field Marketing, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure assets are accurate, compliant, and execution-ready
- Lead competitive positioning for emerging market dynamics (including GLP-1 patient segment), leveraging Evolysseโ€™s FDA labeling referencing weight-loss-related facial wrinkles
- Serve as the central intelligence hub for competitor dynamics and influence cross-functional commercial alignment

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in medical aesthetics marketing focused on dermal fillers and/or neuromodulators
- Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical endpoints and translate them into competitive messaging
- Experience building downstream commercial marketing assets to support field execution and account conversion
- Working knowledge of FDA-approved labeling, promotional standards, and compliant claim development in pharma/MedTech environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Sales Training, Medical, and Regulatory
- 5+ years of experience within Sales or Marketing
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or life sciences (preferred)

- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Location/Travel:
- Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday); up to 20% travel

Compensation/Total Rewards (explicitly stated):
- Exempt position; expected pay range $147,800โ€“$185,000; eligible for annual bonus
