Role Summary

Product Manager for the surgical placental wound care portfolio, primarily downstream-focused. Responsible for developing and executing promotional programs and activities to achieve maximum brand performance, building marketing campaigns and collateral, providing sales support, and increasing customer engagement. This role may be remote and may require nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively understand customer insights, market dynamics, and key unmet needs for select brands within the Organogenesis placental wound care portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and tactics to support the product lifecycle, increase revenue, and grow or defend market share.
  • Lead the tactical execution of marketing programs and campaigns under guidance of senior managers.
  • Organize and facilitate regular communication with business partners to evaluate current segments, track key issues, and resolve outstanding sales-impacting issues.
  • Develop product strategy through market research and competitive audits; assist in creating presentations and reports to evaluate the market landscape.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and sales leadership to launch creative briefs and exchange information to develop promotional programs.
  • Plan and oversee development of promotional literature, collateral, and advertising across print, digital, social, and other media.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other customers and industry influencers in the wound care community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to foster peer-to-peer educational opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Clinical, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Policy, Development) to support clinical study plans and address unmet needs for focus target audiences.
  • Support new hire and sales training and provide process and support materials.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time for trade shows, product development meetings, strategy sessions, and vendor meetings as directed/approved.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field required
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience preferred in either a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Salesforce knowledge a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to travel (primarily by air) and work nights and weekends as needed
