The Product Manager, Professional Promotion, Gynecologic Oncology (Gyn-Onc) will execute brand strategies for Genmabโs gyn-onc portfolio, including the launch of the first wholly-owned asset in this space. This role works closely with Marketing Operations, Gyn-Onc Marketing, Omnichannel Strategy, and alliance partners.
Work arrangement: Flexibility to work away from the office for 20%โ40% of a typical schedule (not exceeding 40% within a 60-day period), approved by the hiring manager.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage brand strategy to shape promotional efforts and execute launch tactics
- Partner with Marketing, Medical, and Business Operations to ensure seamless execution of brand materials
- Build relationships with external agency partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide communication, structure, and leadership across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in promotional review processes to ensure launch readiness
- Collaborate with field stakeholders and Commercial Learning to optimize marketing materials
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables aligned to brand goals
- Lead alliance management responsibilities related to marketing & sales execution
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree minimum; advanced degree a plus
- 4+ years relevant experience, including US in-line marketing experience (agency experience considered)
- Recent launch experience required; oncology launch experience strongly preferred
- Domestic travel up to 25%
