Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product delivery for GTN CLARITY, GTN COMPASS, and Dynamic GTN Forecasting (discovery through build, test, and scale) across cross-functional pods (Data Engineering, Data Science, UX, AI).
- Define and execute product vision and multi-horizon roadmap; translate business challenges into prioritized product backlogs delivering measurable value.
- Drive enterprise data transformation from manual GTN processes to scalable, AI-ready data foundations; champion enterprise data standards (USDF, OneMesh) for long-term scalability.
- Optimize and prioritize GTN use cases (retrospective insights, prospective modeling, forecasting, reconciliation, monitoring) based on business value, feasibility, and data readiness.
- Collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Access Analytics, GTN CoE, Brand GMs, and GTMC for governance support (Actuals Review, Access & Investment Boards, Strategic Access Forums, bid-cycle preparation).
- Lead RFPs, vendor evaluation, and Systems Integrator selection for Dynamic GTN Forecasting; manage external partners aligned to enterprise architecture/data governance.
- Standardize and scale workflows, dashboards, forecasting logic, and reconciliation engines; scale CLARITY and expand COMPASS as data foundations mature.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; ensure value realization (accuracy, reduced variance, automation, better decisions).
- Champion Responsible AI aligned with Sanofiโs RAISE framework (compliance, auditability, transparency).
Qualifications & Skills (Required):
- Bachelorโs + 7+ years in digital product management delivering enterprise analytics/data/AI-ML products.
- 5+ years leading complex digital transformation in matrixed organizations (data engineering, advanced analytics, AI/ML).
- Ability to translate ambiguous, complex business problems into roadmaps and scalable solutions.
- Experience managing multi-vendor environments (RFPs, Systems Integrator selection, external partners).
- Strong enterprise data architecture knowledge (data mesh, data lakes, cloud, connected data foundations).
- Executive-level stakeholder management; influence without authority.
Technical/Preferred:
- Lean/Agile and UX/UI fundamentals.
- Hands-on analytics/data stacks: Python, SQL, Spark, Azure/AWS/GCP.
- AI/ML predictive modeling and analytics platform architecture.
- Forecasting/variance/scenario modeling and reconciliation workflows.
- Familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks and connected data architecture standards.
- EPM tools experience (Anaplan/Adaptive Insights) is a plus.
