Product Manager, Patient Experience Marketing - Immunology (Horsham, PA)

Responsibilities
- Co-lead insight development, idea generation, execution, measurement, and optimization of patient experience solutions for Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies.
- Mine existing data and develop learning plans to inform program operations and communications.
- Develop metrics to measure program impact and optimize performance.
- Craft data-driven narratives that align and drive collaboration across organizational levels.
- Enhance messaging and build an omnichannel communications plan to drive awareness and engagement.
- Partner across the immunology portfolio (including the psoriatic franchise) to ensure pull-through of patient experience strategies and identify brand support opportunities.
- Develop and socialize business cases to assess program viability.
- Understand evolving regulatory compliance and legal environment for patient support programs.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant program operations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Required
- 3+ years total healthcare business experience (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payer).
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and experience presenting to senior management.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
- Ability to work in Horsham, PA 3 days/week and travel up to 20% domestically.

Preferred
- 2+ years marketing or similar experience.
- High-level planning/business planning experience.
- Experience with product launch and/or in-line marketing.
- Customer/market oriented; strong team collaboration.
- Project management experience.
