Product Manager Oncology (Lung) We are seeking a Product Manager responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing activities for selected products within our portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, you will co-create marketing programs, recommend improvements, and ensure effective execution. You will also analyze market data to identify key success factors in the segment and translate them into actionable initiatives. The Product Manager works closely with the promotion and customer service teams. Responsibilities Product Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement product strategies and plans grounded in market insights to achieve business objectives. Brand Plan Ownership: Create and manage the end-to-end brand plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Financial Planning: Prepare detailed financial plans and manage the product budget, including resource allocation and spend tracking. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Build and effectively lead cross-functional teams dedicated to executing the product strategy and delivering on objectives. Strategy Execution: Implement and oversee strategy execution tailored to local market conditions. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and trend analyses to identify opportunities and risks and recommend future actions. Performance Monitoring and Market Share Growth: Track and analyze the results of implemented initiatives to maximize market share. Market Access and Product Positioning: Develop and manage market access and product positioning strategies. Localization of Global Strategies: Adapt global product strategies to reflect the specificities of local markets. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the introduction of new products and the enhancement of existing ones. Training and Product Support: Prepare marketing materials and organize trainings and conferences for the Field Force (sales teams). External Expert Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key external opinion leaders within relevant therapeutic areas. Budget Management: Effectively plan and implement product strategies and initiatives within the approved budget. Department Representation: Represent the department at internal and external meetings, supporting strategic product initiatives. Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with legal requirements and company ethical standards, including the Code of Conduct and internal policies. Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required: Higher education in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, or management. 3–5 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Proven experience in developing product strategies and managing the product lifecycle. Ability to analyze market data and identify key success factors. Product budget management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations. Flexibility in adapting global strategies to local conditions. Preferred: Experience in promotion and/or strategic roles in the consumer market and/or managed markets. Experience in market research. Sales or sales leadership experience. Familiarity with pharmaceutical product development and commercialization. Understanding of the healthcare environment.
