Job Description 主な業務内容 CT motion™に関する日本市場向け製品・マーケティング戦略の立案と実行 市場調査・顧客インサイト（放射線科医、診療放射線技師、病院経営層）の分析 競合製品・代替技術（従来型インジェクター等）の評価と差別化ポイントの明確化 価値提案（Value Proposition）・メッセージングの構築 営業、アプリケーション、サービス、薬事、グローバルチームとのクロスファンクショナル連携 KOLや学会、学術活動を通じた製品認知・信頼性向上の推進 上市後の製品パフォーマンス分析と改善アクションの企画 取り扱う製品について（CT motion™） 造影剤自動注入装置 自動シリンジレス技術により準備工程を削減し、検査効率を向上 造影剤使用の最適化により医療廃棄物削減と環境負荷軽減に貢献 造影剤供給が不安定な市場環境における病院経営・診療継続性の課題解決ソリューション 応募資格 必須条件（Must） 医療機器または製薬業界におけるマーケティング／プロダクト関連業務経験（目安3年以上） 製品戦略・上市・成長フェーズのいずれかに主体的に関わった経験 社内外ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション力 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語での基本的な業務コミュニケーション力 歓迎条件（Nice to have） 放射線診断領域（CT、造影、インジェクター等）の知識・経験 新規事業／新製品立ち上げ経験 サステナビリティ、医療DX、ワークフロー改善に関心のある方 このポジションの魅力 日本市場で本格展開が始まる新製品を、事実上リードできる希少なポジション 単なる「製品マーケ」ではなく、医療現場の課題と社会的価値（環境・持続可能性）を結びつける経験 グローバル×ローカルのハブとしての高い裁量 GEヘルスケアの幅広い画像診断・造影ポートフォリオとのシナジー創出に関われる点 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
