Role Summary
Product Manager, Immunology Patient Experience Marketing, Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS), located in Horsham, PA. This role supports patient experience solutions that help patients start and stay on Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies. You will co-lead insight development, ideation, execution, measurement, and optimization of patient support solutions and advocate for individuals preparing to begin Immunology therapies.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead insight development, idea generation, execution, measurement, and optimization of patient experience solutions for patients starting Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.); MBA preferred.
- Required: 5+ years total healthcare business experience (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payer).
- Preferred: 2+ years marketing and/or commercial or related experience.
- Preferred: Healthcare industry experience.
- Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience presenting to senior management.
- Required: Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: High-level planning or business planning experience.
- Preferred: Product launch or in-line marketing experience.
- Required: Team-oriented with customer/market focus.
Skills
- Analysis & Insights: Mine data and develop learning plans; define metrics to measure program impact and inform optimization.
- Customer Market Knowledge: Understand customer needs and competitive dynamics.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate across the immunology portfolio to ensure pull-through of patient experience strategies and support brand initiatives.
- Marketing Execution: Enhance messaging and build an omnichannel communications plan to drive awareness and engagement with immunology patient support programs.
- Financial Acumen: Develop and socialize business cases to assess program viability.
- Pharmaceutical Environment: Understand evolving regulatory and legal requirements for patient support programs.
- Vendor Management: Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
Education
- B.A./B.S. required; MBA preferred.
