Product Manager, Data-Enterprise

Role: Product Manager for Data-Enterprise, leading strategic development and management of enterprise data products for Finance, HR, IT, and Legal functions. Responsibilities: define vision and roadmaps aligned with enterprise data strategy; establish data management standards; oversee portfolio lifecycle, prioritization, and metrics; ensure data products are scalable, interoperable, compliant, and deliver value through outcome-driven measurement; embed governance, data quality, security, and regulatory compliance; foster cross-domain collaboration and stakeholder engagement; advocate for data product reuse and self-service enablement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, HR, or Data Science; 8+ years in data product management, data strategy, or analytics leadership within private, public, or government sectors; experience managing cross-functional teams and data portfolios; strong understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks), DataOps, governance frameworks, and FinOps; excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder influence; experience with agile methodologies and data marketplace tools. Preferred: deep knowledge of data mesh, data contracts, value stream mapping, AI/ML readiness, and federated governance models.
