Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product management for multiple Agentic AI solutions serving the Research organization, from strategy/roadmap through execution, adoption, and lifecycle management.
- Define product vision, value proposition, and success metrics for AI-enabled solutions improving research productivity, decision support, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with scientific, digital, data, engineering, platform, and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable capabilities.
- Own planning and prioritization for solutions built on Palantir Foundry and AIP, aligned to research needs and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead integration between Research Agentic AI products and the Enterprise Agentic Mesh to enable interoperability, orchestration, and agent-to-agent collaboration.
- Develop integration strategy for other enterprise agents and shared AI services to ensure cohesive user experiences and reusable patterns.
- Drive product strategy for Agentic Identity and Security (trusted access, authorization, auditability, governance, risk-aware deployment).
- Establish agent lifecycle management, product governance, release planning, and operational readiness frameworks.
- Define requirements with engineering/architecture for APIs, data products, orchestration patterns, observability, and system integration.
- Partner with legal/compliance/privacy/cyber/risk stakeholders for responsible and compliant deployment.
- Create business cases, roadmaps, and executive communications; monitor adoption and impact; drive cross-functional operating models.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in life sciences, computer science, engineering, data science, business, or related.
- 10+ years product management experience at enterprise-scale.
- Strong experience with AI/ML/generative AI/agentic systems in product/platform/transformation roles.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP.
- Strong enterprise delivery, platform operating models, and integration strategy knowledge.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business/technical/architecture/governance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with pharma/biotech/life sciences R&D environments.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous needs into product direction and actionable roadmaps.

Desirable Requirements:
- Preferred: identity, access, security, and governance concepts for enterprise AI systems.
