Product Director, Professional Promotion, Bladder Cancer (Horsham, PA)

Position Description (Responsibilities)
- Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals.
- Partners with Global Commercial Strategy, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and internal teams to develop and execute strategies, marketing assets, and tactical plans.
- Develops content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies.
- Leads advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives.
- Leads NPP and omnichannel strategy for Professional Promotion for a must-win J&J Oncology launch brand, including HCP media and digital engagement across the customer journey.
- Owns HCP media and congress strategy: channel mix, audience prioritization, and integrated pre-, at-, and post-congress activation.
- Builds and sustains cross-functional and governance relationships; demonstrates credibility, influence, and a competitive mindset (including CAC navigation).
- Acts as strategic integrator across omnichannel, sales, analytics, and other cross-functional partners using performance data to guide prioritization, investment decisions, and optimization.

Requirements (Qualifications)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
- 7+ years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical/healthcare knowledge.
- 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing, and/or related fields, or experience in a qualified leadership development program.
- Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
- Travel up to 20% (overnight and weekend).
