Responsibilities:
- Own Joining product strategy, long-term vision, roadmap, and governance; translate enterprise HR needs into end-to-end product experiences.
- Establish outcome-based success metrics (product performance, data integrity, efficiency, employee experience).
- Own business case for investments (value hypotheses, benefits realization, trade-offs) and product lifecycle (Innovate β†’ Grow β†’ Sustain β†’ Sunset).
- Prioritize investments using value, feasibility, risk, compliance, and experience impact; ground decisions in data and leading indicators.
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery across Joining products; act as hands-on Product Manager for a core Joining product.
- Lead cross-functional execution with HR COEs, Global Services, Digital, Data, and Delivery; drive adoption and measurable business impact.
- Own cross-product prioritization/capacity trade-offs; make final decision authority when priorities conflict.
- Coach/develop product managers and analysts; foster innovation using market insights and emerging HR tech trends.

Qualifications (Required):
- 10+ years in product management/digital transformation/HR tech in complex, matrixed orgs.
- Experience leading and developing people (performance management, coaching, capability building).
- Portfolio-level ownership of product strategy, prioritization, and value delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in HR digital products/experiences; HR operating models, global process design, foundational data structures.
- Strategic thinking and product storytelling; ability to lead through complexity and organizational change.
- Global mindset navigating regulatory/cultural/operational nuance.
- Ability to articulate product/tech trade-offs and business value to senior executives.
- Proficiency in modern PM/agile practices; translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Services, or related field.

Preferred:
- Hands-on Workday experience and understanding of broader HR tech ecosystem.
- Experience applying AI/automation/analytics to HR workflows.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition for end-to-end process design.
