Product Director β REZZAYO (Hospital-Based Infectious Disease)
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle (in-line and new indications) by influencing a cross-functional stakeholder team
- Meet revenue, growth, and profitability expectations set by Executive Leadership
- Define and manage KPIs (Rx, share, access, adoption curves) to track brand performance
- Build and manage business cases and forecasts for label/line extensions
- Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Operations on demand generation, field execution, and introduction of extended indications
- Oversee sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and customer-facing assets
- Support national/regional sales meetings, training programs, and key commercial milestones
- Develop and evolve brand strategy and positioning (target segments and value proposition)
- Partner cross-functionally from concept to launch across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
- Provide input to supply chain and finance to maintain adequate product supply and adhere to revenue/spending goals
- Interact with customers as required
- Lead market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform decisions
- Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends
- Define and track marketing performance metrics to optimize resource allocation

- Strategic, data-driven brand marketing mindset with strong commercial orientation
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing (hospital-based/infectious disease)
- Proven cross-functional partnership (Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations)
- Ability to translate insights/analytics/customer research into actionable strategies
- Strong leadership presence; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required (20%)
- Based in Parsippany, NJ
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in biopharmaceutical/life sciences with demonstrated commercial impact
- Experience developing brand positioning and supporting lifecycle management initiatives
- Familiarity with complex stakeholder environments (hospital systems, integrated delivery networks)
