Product Development Program Manager

Role: Senior Program Manager leading and managing a portfolio of 2-3 product development projects within biopharma. Objectives include developing and executing integrated cross-functional plans, driving milestones, and ensuring resource efficiency. Responsibilities encompass creating comprehensive project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and governance, while aligning clinical, regulatory, CMC, manufacturing, quality, commercial, and finance functions. The position functions as a key internal leader and external representative, facilitating decision-making and project progress in a matrix environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, healthcare, or business discipline; 7+ years in pharma or biotech project management with proven results; strong relationship-building, leadership, and cross-functional management skills; experience managing integrated timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; working knowledge of drug development lifecycle; excellent communication skills; PMP or similar certification preferred.
