Product Development Operations Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary supply chain point of accountability and liaison for partner-facing supply activities across out-licensing and regional commercial partnerships.
- Represent Supply Chain in joint manufacturing/operating committees and partner supply working groups.
- Translate partnership contracts into operational plans, SoWs, SOPs, and KPIs; ensure contractual obligations (lead times, forecast accuracy, allocation rules, service levels) are met.
- Build and maintain working relationships with partner supply chain, regulatory, and quality leaders.
- Support integrated S&OP for partner products; consolidate partner forecasts into Arrowhead’s global supply plan and reconcile to capacity.
- Lead demand reviews; challenge forecast assumptions; ensure forecast accuracy and bias targets.
- Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery for clinical-to-commercial shipments (order confirmation, release coordination, customs documentation, on-time delivery).
- Support cold-chain logistics, customs clearance, and in-country distribution coordination with qualified 3PLs/freight forwarders.
- Align supply activities with partner-territory filings, post-approval changes, and license maintenance; coordinate with Quality on Quality Agreements, batch disposition, deviation/CAPA, and complaint implications.
- Support technology transfer to partner-affiliated/partner-managed manufacturing nodes.
- Develop and report supply chain KPIs; identify/mitigate partner-specific supply chain risks; lead continuous improvement and cross-functional execution.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Supply Chain/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business or related; M.B.A./M.S. preferred.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain experience; 3+ years partnership/alliance/external supply role with direct partner-facing accountability.
- Experience managing clinical and/or commercial supply into out-licensed/co-development partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of GxP, ICH guidelines, Quality Agreements; complex S&OP management.
- ERP and demand planning tools experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; global/cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH GMP; additional health authority familiarity preferred.
Preferred:
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent.
- Large pharma partnership experience; RNAi/oligonucleotide/gene therapy or novel modality supply chain experience.
- Experience with temperature-controlled (2–8°C or frozen) products; operations network strategy experience.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Wisconsin pay range: $100,000–$115,000 USD.
